♫ Band Boosters Meeting ♫

The  monthly meeting of the OCCHS Band Boosters Inc. is held the first Thursday night of each month at 7:00 PM in the band room.  Parents and supporters of the band are encouraged to attend so they will be informed of activities related to the band. 

 By attending the Band Boosters meetings you will 

1. Have the information you need.

2. Be apart of the decision making.

3. Meet other people involved in supporting the band.   

There are many other reasons to start attending the meetings and one of the most important  is a chance to ask questions about the high school band program from other band parents and the directors.  Now  would be a great time to start attending the meetings and we would like to see you there.

ATTENTION!!!!!!

Due to recently passed law, any student who does not plan to ride the bus back to the high school from any event, must provide a written request to Mr. Kerr prior to leaving the school for the event. If a written request is not given to Mr. Kerr prior to leaving for the event then the student must ride the bus back to the high school.

Students will only be allowed to leave with adult, immediate family members. Students must come back to bus and see assigned chaperone with the parent before being allowed to leave.

If anyone has any questions regarding this regulation please contact a band director or a booster club officer.
